ABOUT
Amy Beilin launched a successful London pop-up before moving to Israel where she has worked in some of the best restaurants, including Machneyuda, Dok, M25 butchery and the Magazzino bakery.
She led a multinational kitchen at Sabbaba Ibiza and now cooks from her home in Jaffa. She will put anything on a BBQ and most happy with a cup of tea and a sandwich.
